When Should I Call a Workers’ Comp Attorney in North Carolina?

As a lawyer, I pay close attention to the North Carolina appellate courts.  We need fair and impartial judges, committed to equal justice for all.   Early voting starts on Thursday, October 20th.  Some of my friends and family have asked for my recommendations in the judicial races.

This year, voters will choose one justice on the Supreme Court and five judges on the Court of Appeals.  The Court of Appeals candidates will be designated with their party affiliation (D or R), but the Supreme Court candidates will have no party designation.

For the Supreme Court, I encourage you to vote for:

*  MIKE MORGAN (experienced judge)

For the Court of Appeals, I encourage you to vote for:

* LINDA STEPHENS (D)

*  BOB HUNTER (R)

* MARGARET EAGLES (D)

In the other two Court of Appeals races, voters have the choice of four excellent candidates.  I encourage you to visit the candidates’ websites and make your own choice.  I recommend either:

* VINCE ROZIER OR RICKYE McCOY-MITCHELL

Whomever you vote for, please just get out and vote!
