Did you know that the insurance company can hire a private investigator to follow an employee around that has filed a workers’ compensation claim?  If they can videotape you doing something that indicates your injury is not as serious as you claim, like yard work or playing ball, they may try to use this in a proceeding to stop paying you.  Use common sense; if you think you are being followed, call your attorney.
