Did you know that Occupational Diseases include specific conditions that are listed in N.C. Workers’ Compensation Act?  Some of these conditions include asbestos, repetitive trauma, skin disorders, carpal tunnel syndrome, tenosynovitis, bursitis & chemical exposure.  In North Carolina, an occupational disease is identified as any chronic ailment that occurs as a result of work or occupational activity.  As always, if you have any questions you should call us here at the office.
